Introduction to classes:
Abs and Arms
A 30 minute class designed to tone and strengthen your core and arms. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and is a great express lunchtime workout.
Only Abs
A 20 minute workout specifically designed to help improve and strengthen your core muscles. It is suitable for all levels and a great way to build your abdominal strength.
Circuit Training
A 40 minute class with a mix of aerobic and toning exercises to help tone the whole body and BURN FAT! 10 stations are set up in our studio ranging from abdominal work, upper body strength and Cardiovascular exercises.
Aerobic Circuits
Similar to circuit training, the Aerobic Circuit is a 40-minute class. Unlike Circuit training, you get 10 stations that are purely cardiovascular exercises to help maximise FAT BURN. It is a great way to get in shape.
Weight Circuit
Maybe you are looking to build or tone muscle? Then the Weight Circuit will be more suited to you. With 10 stations set up for specific muscle groups, the best way to keep interested in training and to tone muscle.
Total Toning
Come along to Tone up your Arms, Legs, Tummy and Bum. This is a 45 minute session allowing clients to to get an intensive all over lunchtime workout, with a not sweat guarantee!!
Core Stability
A 45 minute class using swiss balls to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles, as well as targeting other muscles within your body that you would not expect to be using!
Legs, Bums and Tums
Tighten up your legs, bum and tum with this 45 minute intense workout session. Using specific exercises and weights to help maximise your ability to tone. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Killer Legs
Look no further than Killer Legs if you are looking to improve the shape of your legs. A 30 minute intense workout session using the most specific exercises to help get the legs you want.
Yoga
Promotes the wellbeing of mind and body. This class looks at the importance of breathing and relaxation, while working to improve flexibility and posture. This gives the body a better tone and can help to strengthen bones.
Tai Chi
Experience the original Yang family Tai-chi programme, only taught in the West in recent years. Discover how your power is rooted in the feet & learn mind/body "softening" exercises to promote calm awareness, flexibility, core strength and the flow of ch'i.
Dynamic Toning
A 45 minute class to tighten hips, legs and bum. Strengthen your arms and upper body; improve abdominal tone and BURN FAT. With our off-site Trainer Ross, you will also be given Nutritional advice and full body workout to help continue your training at home.
Dynamic Abs and Arms
This is a short, effective class to tone up your abs and strengthen your upper body. Come along and choose your weights (1kg to 10kg) and off we go. As with all Dynamic classes you'll be given help with your nutrition and your personal fitness too!
