Body brushing is used beforehand to exfoliate the skin, stimulate the blood and lymphatic system and uplift the body. The stones are then placed over vital energy points and a deep body massage is carried out using the hot stones. Helps to soothe muscles, revitalise skin and leave the body and mind relaxed. A treatment, which opens the pores to enable Aloe Vera to penetrate the skins layers enabling it to break down and cleanse the body of toxins by flushing them through our natural waste system. This results in inch loss all over the body, which will amaze you. The body is first brushed to gently invigorate circulation and then the gel is applied. Next warm comforting bandages are applied to the legs and body. Then it’s time to relax for a whole hour for the treatment to have full effect. Hopi Ear Candle Massage Treatment
The Hopi Native American Indian tribe are the oldest Pueblo people. They have great medical knowledge and a high degree of spirituality. They have used the candles for hundreds of years to cleanse the mind and draw out impurities.
The ear candles work by causing a vibration of air (created by heat) to gently massage the eardrum and draw out the wax. Each candle takes about 10 minutes to burn and the rest of the treatment time is taken up with a relaxing head and pressure point massage.

A 50% deposit will be required for treatments of an hour or more, payable in person or over the phone by way of credit/debit card. This is held against the booking and if 24hrs notice is given, is fully transferable.
