Gemma is the Sanctuary Manager, with over 7 years experience in the beauty industry. It's her job to ensure that every customer is made to feel welcome and receives outstanding service from the Sanctuary on every visit. She keeps an eye on every detail to ensure top levels of customer care are kept and makes sure the busy, yet tranquil and relaxing sanctuary runs smoothly. She is always looking for new and exciting therapies and products to keep one step ahead of the ever-changing beauty market. Her enthusiasm for beauty and providing the best treatments possible drives her, ensuring the entire Thai Wellbeing team are highly motivated and therefore provide a professional, caring experience for all our customers.
Thitirat (Moi)
Head Thai Therapist
Our resident Thai Therapist and Trainer, Moi is fully qualified and has over 20 years experience in the industry.
Moi can provide all the knowledge necessary, enabling you to offer your clients the most famous, traditional and therapeutic massage in the world. Heading our team of Thai Therapists, with her guidance we can deliver the highest level of massage therapies. Moi is also responsible for the delivery of our exclusive Thai training courses.
Onsri
Thai Therapist
Onsri has re-joined our team after returning home to Thailand for a season. Providing a high class massage service to all of her customers, she has already started to regain her large customer base.
Na
Thai Therapist
Na has just joined us from working in a high class hotel for 4 years as a Thai masseuse. She has had extensive customer service training and is very welcoming and professional to every customer. As well as providing a very thorough massage to suit everybody, Na is great at recommending programmes of treatments to clients who need ongoing treatments.
Claire
Senior Therapist
Claire is one of our highly qualified, professional beauty therapists. She has over 9 years experience and specialises in Dermalogica facials, Sports massage and reflexology.
Anna
Senior Therapist
Anna is a recent addition to the great Thai Wellbeing Team. She has over 7 years experience in large spa's and salons and gives 100% customer service making you feel a million dollars when you leave her treatment room. It's the little, caring touches that makes her unique and her attention to detail that makes her treatments top class. Specialising in CACI, dermalogica and hot waxing.
Lisa
Senior Therapist
Lisa has recently joined the senior therapists at Thai Wellbeing and offers very professional and thorough treatments to all her clients. Having years of experience in the industry has allowed Lisa to fit straight into our team and offer hot stone therapy, CACI and Dermalogica facials as well as specialising in Brazilian and Hollywood waxing.
Fern
Beauty Therapist
Fern has graduated from college with her NVQ level 3 this summer and is enjoying being a full-time member of the Thai Wellbeing team! Specialising in nail treatments such as bio-sculpture and pedicures in addition to eyelash perming, Fern delivers top quality treatments with a friendly smile. Fern has recently been awarded an Outstanding Achievement Award from Norwich City College (read more in our news section).
Hannah
Junior Therapist
Hannah has completed her NVQ level 3 in Spa therapy. She specialises in massage therapy such as indian head massage and hot stone therapy. Hannah is very competent having performed treatments constantly throughout her training and portrays a mature and professional attitude to all of her services..
Jenny
Junior Beauty Therapist and Part Time Receptionist
Jenny began her career with us in December of 2010 helping us tremendously on reception during the mad Christmas rush. Since then she has been juggling part time Front of House and NVQ level 2 treatments whilst she finished her NVQ level 3. Jenny is now fully qualified and specialises in bio sculpture gel overlays, dermalogica facials and she is very popular for our Swedish back, neck and shoulder massages!
Ruth
Front of House
Ruth has recently joined our front of house team and delivers exceptional customer service with a smile to every client that visits Thai Wellbeing. Having many years experience on the Beauty industry Ruth can give expert advice on treatments and products to ensure your visit to the Sanctuary meets your individual expectations..
Megan
Part Time Receptionist
Megan is currently our part time receptionist whilst she finishes her second year of beauty therapy training at Norwich City College. Megan maintains our high standard of Front of House service and will be juggling this with therapies once her studies have finished this summer.
